Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You are required to approve your proof. Once approved, orders are usually printed within 3-5 business days and shipped when completed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

There may be potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently have flat fee shipping rates and they are displayed on the website at checkout. at the time of this writing the shipping rate for purchases up to $74.99 is $4.95. Orders over $75.00 receive free shipping. These rates are for standard economy shipping and are subject to change at any time without notice.

We don't currently have expedited shipping options on our website.

We currently ship to United States only. 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

gilmanpress.com ships to addresses within the U.S. only. We will ship to PO Boxes within the U.S..

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation Email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

gilmanpress.com currently does not ship internationally.

Damages

gilmanpress.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 1 business day of receipt. We will attempt to remedy with the carrier.

You must save and provide all packaging materials and damaged goods.
