Refund policy

Due to the customized nature of our products we do not accept returns however if within 5 business days of receiving your order you notice an error that is the fault of the provider we reserve the right to rerun your item. You must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your item or you agree to accept the product as is. If we determine the error is the fault of the design or production team we will rerun your item or refund you for the product (this decision is solely ours to determine which remedy will be provided). You are responsible for approving your proof and by doing so you approve the artwork as shown to you. If the error is on the proof that you approved then you have authorized that error and no rerun or refund will be given. Artwork provided by customer is expected to be in appropriate format for printing and assumed to have been approved before submitting to us. Customer understands that colors vary greatly and color codes can differ from on a computer screen to printed products. Customer provided artwork is assumed to have been created with correct types of files and colors for the process they are being used for. We do not assume responsibility for your artwork in any way.

Color Gamut Differences

The RGB gamut (range of colors that can be displayed on a monitor) is broader than the CMYK gamut (colors used for printing). Some colors, especially bright or neon-like hues, can be displayed on a screen but cannot be reproduced in print. This means certain vibrant colors on a screen will appear duller or less saturated in print. By ordering from us you understand and accept that the printed product you receive may be different from the computer image.
