Returns and Refunds Policy


All products are to be inspected upon delivery. Our returns and refunds policy is good for 5 days from date delivered. If 6 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any custom product cannot be returned. This would include any product with information or artwork sepcific to you or your comapny. We reserve the right to reproduce any product (at our discretion) that has been incorrectly printed.

If we determine that a refund will be issued the item is required to be returned.

If we agree to a refund the product must:

  • Be returned in its entirety.
  • Be in its original condition, not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Not be returned more than 30 days after delivery date.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If determined that a refund is due, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.


We do not exchange products if you wish to make a change on the artwork. If we made an error in printing we will re run the job. We will let you know if you need to return the product to be exchanged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 492104, Redding CA 96049.

If we determined that we made an error on your product we will pay for return shipping should we require it to be returned.

It is advised that you use the return label we send you so we can track the product return. If not received within 30 days of delivery date we will cancel the return, rerun and /or refund.
