How do I supply my own artwork to you?

If you have camera ready artwork you would like to use please upload it in the upload area of your order. Alternatively, you can send it to us at info@gilmanpress.com

What Resolution does my artwork need to be?

For internet applications a lower resolution works very well, however, in print reproduction, a higher resolution of at least 300 dpi is needed to reproduce a high quality image onto paper.

If I need a job that is not available on your website can you provide it?

Possibly.  We do a lot of one of a kind items for many clients as well as provide many other types of printing jobs.  Contact us to discuss your needs.

How long will my job take?

Every job we do is unique and comes with its own challenges.  We can turn around a job anywhere from overnight to several weeks, depending on what the job calls for.  Post Covid paper stock shortages also play a factor at times. If the time frame is not listed on your order page please reach out to us and we will get you an estimate.

Can I make changes after my order is complete?

Once you place your order it goes into production. Depending on the process for your particular job it may go immediately to press or it may have to go through a pre press process. You can contact us to see where your job is and if possible we can stop it or make changes to your artwork however any work that has been done to that point will be charged for.

Can you ship my job to another location?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states.

Do you provide wholesale printing?

Yes. We provide wholesale printing to other printing and copying companies as well as print brokers at a discount. Please contact us to discuss.
